Rachel Bailey

M.A, LPC

   Rachel has worked with Open Doors since November of 2022. She is AuDHD and has a background in domestic violence, IVF, trauma, and extensive work in autism, as an individual, parent, grandparent, and wife. She is neuro-affirming and specializes in late life diagnosis
    (Autism/ADHD), unpacking life post-diagnosis, working through and normalizing the experiences of those who have suffered a lifetime of misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis, or pathologizing language regarding autism, ADHD, and AuDHD.

    She is currently pursuing her PhD in Psychology with a focus on the intersection of autism, intimate partner violence, and systemic barriers. She is scheduled to graduate with her PhD in December of 2025. She is a member of Autistic Researchers Researching Autism where she accesses current content on understudied areas of autism and current best practices by backed autistic researchers.

  She has immediate availability for new clients. She is available Monday 11am-8pm, Tuesday 11am-8pm, and Thursday 11am-8pm.
