Parenting, pregnancy, and major life transitions can bring meaningful change, but they can also feel overwhelming and isolating.
Yvette Garcia specializes in supporting mothers through pregnancy and the postpartum period, as well as parents navigating parenting challenges and family transitions.
She works with children (ages 8+) to help them express emotions, navigate behavioral challenges, and develop healthy coping skills.
Yvette understands that when children struggle, it can affect the entire family. She works with both children and parents to foster stronger connections and a more supportive home environment.
In therapy, Yvette helps clients understand patterns that shape their current challenges and works collaboratively to build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create healthier communication within families.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but Yvette is committed to supporting you as you work toward healing, growth, and stronger family connections.
