Julian Rocha

Life Coach, ICT
NLP Practitioner, SYMBIS Certified

Julian Rocha has spent more than 30 years working in broadcast television, a career that has taken him to many places, introduced him to people from all walks of life, and taught him a great deal about communication, relationships, and the stories people carry.

Over the years, that same interest in people led him into life coaching. He has worked with individuals navigating personal growth, major life transitions, relationships, identity, leadership, habits, and the patterns that can sometimes leave us feeling stuck.

Julian’s approach is relational and practical. He believes we don’t need someone to tell us what to do; we need someone who will listen, ask the right questions, help us recognize what we may not be seeing, and walk alongside us as we begin making meaningful changes.

Two areas Julian is especially focused on are working with men and with couples.

Julian has been married for more than 30 years, and as a father and grandfather, he understands that strong relationships and healthy families don’t happen by accident. Marriage requires communication, commitment, growth, and a willingness to understand both ourselves and the person we are sharing life with.

He's dedicated to helping men who have spent years carrying responsibility, stress, expectations, and sometimes pain without knowing what to do with it. His goal is to provide a place where men can better understand themselves, communicate more effectively, strengthen their relationships, and become healthier husbands, fathers, leaders, and individuals.

Julian is a certified Life Coach, certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), trained in IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback, and SYMBIS certified for premarital and marriage work. He is also able to officiate weddings, allowing him to walk alongside couples from preparing for marriage through the beginning of their life together.

Faith and spirituality have also been an important part of Julian’s own life and can be incorporated into coaching for clients who want that to be part of the conversation.

At the heart of his work, Julian believes people are capable of change. Sometimes the first step is simply understanding the patterns that brought us to where we are, and discovering that we don’t have to keep repeating them.
